DLR Fresh Programme


To equip learners with the skills to effectively manage wastage and shrinkage. Identify ways of improving profits, implement and understand legislative health and safety standards and maintain the SPAR standards for a fresh department.

Departmental supervisors


Phase 1: Distance learning means the learner learns on the job and attends six classroom days and three assessment days over a period of six months Phase 2: Distance learning over six months with three classroom days and three assessment days


Each distribution centre dependent on demand could have a group of 20 learners per fresh department...
